在分层注水工艺中,层段流量的测量一定要精准,需要使用的流量计,也应当满足其能够长期置于井下的需求,然后结合其各个方面的特性,来考虑或者是选择涡流流量计,让其充当智能分层注水工艺中重要的流量检测装置。但是,在实际工作中,涡流流量计容易受多方位因素的干扰,例如管道的振动和流常扰动引起的噪声以及注水过程中产生的一系列,频率较小,很难及时分辨出来的小流量干扰信号。本文,笔者将会结合涡流流量计的特点,浅谈分层注水工艺涡流流量计信号处理方法研究,以此来帮助降低噪音干扰,减少流量计下线,提高测量精度。
