探讨了应用灰色理论建立舰船批量生产成本预测模型的可行性，并针对国内外两型舰船，采用灰色理论，建立ＧＭ（１，１）模型，进行数列预测，取得了精度较高的结果．

This paper discusses the feasibility of using gray theory to establish forecasting model of ship mass production cost. For the two types of ships both at home and abroad, the GM (1,1) model is established by using the gray theory to predict the series, and high accuracy results are obtained .
