在全党全国学习贯彻党的十七届六中全会和中央经济工作会议精神的重要时刻,第五届中国产学研合作创新大会暨中国产学研合作促进会年会在上海举办。这是我国产学研界每年一度的盛会,是回顾总结一年来我国产学研合作经验,贯彻落实国家“十二五”规划纲要产学研合作战略目标,整合科技资源,推动自主创新,加快转变经济发展方式,建设创新型国家的一次重要实践活动,对于推动我国产学研合作创新,保证经济平稳较快发展,具有重要的意义。
In the important moment of studying and implementing the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference held by the entire party and the country, the 5th Annual China Conference for Scientific Research, Innovation and Cooperation among Industries, Universities, Research Units and Research Institutes was held in Shanghai.
