采用原子吸收分光光度法测定广西德保产及凤山产黑糯米中的Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｍｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ、Ｃｄ、Ｐｂ、Ｃｒ、Ｎａ、Ｋ、Ｒｂ、Ｌｉ、Ｓｒ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｓｅ、Ｓｅ等１８种微量元素，发现其中的锌、锰、铁、钠、钾、铯、钙、镁等微量元素含量均较高，两地产黑糯米中的锰、铁、钾、钙、镁的含量差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），锌和锂的含量差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），铜、钴、镍、镉、铅、铬、钠、铯、锶、钼、硒的含量差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。此结果表明：黑糯米中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素，提示德保、凤山两地产黑糯米作为天然营养补充物质，具有极高的营养价值。

The results show that: black glutinous rice is rich in trace elements essential to human health, suggesting that Germany Paul, Fengshan two black glutinous rice as a natural nutritional supplements, with high nutritional value.
