当前,金属材料的磨损失效问题普遍存在,不仅影响工业机械的产品质量,也给企业的信誉、生存和发展带来威胁,造成的经济损失非常巨大。因此了解金属材料的磨损原理,明晰它的磨损危害,探讨对应的解决对策,降低技术材料的磨损,提高工业机械使用寿命,不仅可以避免意外事故的发生,还能极大地挽回巨额经济损失。针对金属材料的磨损失效,运用摩擦学原理对其进行浅析,并提出改进防护措施。
At present, wear and tear problems of metal materials are ubiquitous, not only affecting the quality of industrial machinery products, but also threaten the credibility, survival and development of enterprises, resulting in enormous economic losses. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the principle of wear of metal materials, clarify its damage, explore corresponding countermeasures, reduce the wear of technical materials and improve the service life of industrial machines, which can not only avoid accidents but also greatly save huge economic losses. Aiming at the wear failure of metal materials, the tribological theory is used to analyze the wear failure and the improvement measures are proposed.
