本文对我院1984年12月至1985年11月收治的33例因各种心脏病发生充血性心衰的住院病人,应用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂——甲巯丙脯酸(Captopril)治疗2周至3个月,通过X线及二维超声心动图评价治疗前后心功能的改变,结果表明,本药疗效良好。
In this paper, our hospital from December 1984 to November 1985 admitted to 33 cases of heart failure due to a variety of hospitalized patients with congestive heart failure, the application of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor - captopril (Captopril) treatment 2 weeks to 3 months, by X-ray and two-dimensional echocardiography to evaluate changes in cardiac function before and after treatment, the results show that the drug has a good effect.
