山东矿业学院矿压研究所所长、山东省岩石力学与工程学会副理事长、矿山压力和岩层控制学家宋振骐教授,于1991年11月经国务院批准,被增选为中国科学院技术科学部学部委员。宋振骐1935年生于湖北汉阳,1957年于北京矿业学院毕业留校任教,1967年到山东矿业学院工作。作为我国实用矿山压力理论学派的带头人,30多年来,他深入煤矿生产第一线研究和实践,建立并逐步完善了以岩层运动为中心的矿山压力理论和研究方法体系,该理论体系把我国采场矿山压力研究从定性推向定量,把煤矿现场矿山压力和岩层
