The homemade enzyme-labeled Glm (3) monoclonal antibody and Det-ELISA method were used in our laboratory. The frequencies of Glm (3) gene in Han population in Beijing were investigated. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 blood samples were collected in Beijing blood of 301 unrelated healthy people, set 4 ℃ refrigerator to save. Pro-20-fold dilution, while 20-fold dilution of antibody. 1.2 Major Reagents Enzyme Labeled Anti-Glm (3) Monoclonal
