对６００例闭经≤４９天早孕健康妇女分别使用单次口服２００ｍｇ或１５０ｍｇ米非司酮后，第三天口服米索前列醇６００μｇ的临床随机对比。结果：两组流产效果相似，完全流产率分别为９３．４％和９２．３％；不全流产率分别为３．３％和３．０％；失败率分别为３．３％和４．７％。绒毛胎囊排出时间、流产后出血和月经恢复情况两组相似。本资料提示，采用米非司酮单次口服１５０ｍｇ后第三天加服米索前列醇６００μｇ，是一种高效、简便、副反应少的药物流产方法。
A randomized controlled clinical trial comparing 600 oral misoprostol 600 μg on the third day with 600 women with early menses amenorrhea less than or equal to 49 days of pregnancy received either a single oral dose of 200 mg or 150 mg of mifepristone respectively. Results: The abortion effects were similar in both groups. The rates of complete abortion were 93.4% and 92.3% respectively. The rates of incomplete abortion were 3.3% and 3.0% respectively. The failure rates were 3.3% and 4.7% %. Villi capsule discharge time, bleeding after abortion and menstrual recovery similar to the two groups. The data suggest that the use of mifepristone single oral administration of 150mg on the third day plus misoprostol 600μg, is a highly efficient, simple, less side effects of medical abortion methods.
