1996年5月22～24日在杭州召开了《丝绸》杂志创刊四十周年庆祝会,中国丝绸工业总公司、中国丝绸协会、中国纺织科学技术信息研究所的领导和《丝绸》杂志编审委员会委员及浙江省的有关领导专家等70余人参加了会议。会议收到了有关领导和单位的题词、贺信37件,在热烈生动的气氛中会议取得圆满成功。 会议期间,由《丝绸》杂志主编丁桂芳同志汇报了40年来的办刊工作和今后的打算,中国丝绸工业总公司蒋衡杰副总裁传达了1996年5月中旬在北京召开的全国茧丝绸工作会议的有关文件精神,与会代表围绕当前茧丝绸行业的形势和任务进行了热烈而认真的讨论。
On May 24 ~ 24, 1996, the 40th Anniversary Celebration of “Silk” Magazine was held in Hangzhou. Leaders of China Silk Industry Corporation, China Silk Association, China Textile Science and Technology Information Institute, and members of Editorial Committee of Silk Magazine And Zhejiang Province, about more than 70 leaders attended the meeting. The meeting received inscriptions from leaders and units, 37 congratulatory messages, and the meeting was a complete success in a warm and lively atmosphere. During the conference, Comrade Ding Guifang, chief editor of Silk Magazine, reported about 40 years of work and future plans. Vice President Jiang Hengjie of China Silk Industry Corporation conveyed the National Cocoon and Silk Work Conference held in Beijing in mid-May 1996 Documentary spirit, delegates around the current cocoon silk industry situation and tasks for a warm and serious discussion.
