核设施产生的中、低放废物种类繁多,性质各异,单一的固化方法难以满足处理要求,因此必须发展多样化的固化方法。作为处理中、低放废物的方法之一的塑料固化法,是国际上近二十年多來才发展起來的新方法。尤其是热固性塑料固化法具有工艺过程和设备简单,工艺中加热温度较低(有的甚至在室温下也可进行固化),不产生废气,操作安全等优点,近几年的发展更为迅速。
There are many kinds of middle and low level radioactive waste generated by nuclear facilities and their properties are different. A single curing method can not meet the processing requirements. Therefore, a variety of curing methods must be developed. As a method to deal with medium and low level waste, the plastic curing method is a new method developed in the world for more than two decades. In particular, the thermosetting plastic curing method has the advantages of simple process and equipment, low heating temperature in the process (some can be cured even at room temperature), no exhaust gas, safe operation and the like, and has been developed rapidly in recent years.
