目的观察分析美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2012年3月~2014年10月收治的76例冠心病心力衰竭患者为研究对象.随机分为对照组与观察组.各38例.对照组给予美托洛尔治疗、观察组在对照组基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效及各项心脏功能改善情况.结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率及各项心脏功能指标变化状况均显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论在治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者时.给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗.临床疗效显著.值得临床广泛应用及推广.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in patients with heart failure of coronary heart disease. Methods 76 cases of CHD patients with heart failure treated in our hospital from March 2012 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 38 cases in each. The control group was treated with metoprolol, the observation group In the control group based on the combination of trimetazidine treatment.Comparison of the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and improvement of cardiac function.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and the changes of cardiac function indicators were significantly better than the control group , (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Metoprolol combined with trimetazidine is given in the treatment of patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease, and the clinical effect is significant. It is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinic.
