In this famous essay, Fred not only revives the ancient Aristotelian entity as an individual viewpoint, but also applies this viewpoint to the attribute category and proposes the concept of individual characteristics corresponding to the individual entity . In support of this view, in the first part of this essay Fred does a very basic study of the origins of ideas in Aristotle’s “Categories” as a concept of “individuals.” Analysis and research in the field of anatomy provides a thought-provoking and refreshing understanding of the many key passages in the Category, thereby successfully defending the notion of individual entity and individual identity. On this basis, in the second part of this dissertation, he also discusses the connotation of the metaphysics of the concept of individual entity in depth and introduces the analysis of “Theseus Ship” The concept of the individual entity of Richmond presents enlightenment.
