本研究采用自编的中学教师工作家庭促进量表调查中学教师工作家庭促进状况,结果表明,中学教师工作对家庭促进方向上,性别和配偶职业两个变量差异显著;在家庭对工作促进方向上,配偶职业变量差异显著。
This study uses self-designed secondary school teachers' family promotion questionnaire to investigate the secondary school teachers'working family promotion status.
