建立一种同时分析克百威和戊唑醇的反相高效液相色谱法。以甲醇+水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外检测器,在220 nm波长下对试样中克百威和戊唑醇进行分离和定量分析。结果表明:克百威和戊唑醇的线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9991,标准偏差分别为0.058和0.044,变异系数分别为0.42%和4.15%,平均回收率分别为99.94%和99.82%。方法操作简单、快速、准确,适用于15%戊唑·克百威悬浮种衣剂的定性和定量分析。
To establish a simultaneous analysis of carbofuran and tebuconazole by RP-HPLC. Using methanol + water as the mobile phase, C18 column and UV detector were used to separate and quantitatively analyze carbofuran and tebuconazole in the sample at a wavelength of 220 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of carbofuran and tebuconazole were 0.9996 and 0.9991, respectively. The standard deviations were 0.058 and 0.044, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.42% and 4.15% respectively. The average recoveries were 99.94% and 99.82% respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 15% pentazocarb aerosol suspension coating.
