I. INTRODUCTION In 1976, MC Shaw proposed the MAC (Artificial Adaptation Control) method at CIRP (International Manufacturing Research Conference), and from the cybernetics point of view, he explained how to optimize single-process parameters by means of programmable calculators Decision-making transferred from the engineer to the site operator, the single-process parameters optimization principle applied to the production site. In this regard, both at home and abroad have published research results. The author in the “Machinery Manufacturing” 1984 the second issue also published “on-site optimization of mechanical processing parameters - Artificial adaptation control method” article. However, the actual production of a part of the processing generally go through a number of processes to complete, the process of the parts of the overall optimization of the processing are closely related. Therefore, the processing parameters obtained through the above single-process optimization may not be optimal for the entire machining process of one part. This is also artificial adaptation control
