针对多方案多准则情形下的混合多准则决策问题,设计了基于前景理论和非参数检验的决策方法。首先,论文以参考点设计为切入点,深入剖析了现有参考点的优劣势;其次,基于多方案多准则的决策背景,提出了非参数检验方式确定参考点的方法;再次,研究了几类模糊数的比较方法和价值函数的确定方法,给出了多准则决策的具体步骤;最后运用算例说明了方法的实施过程和有效性。
Aiming at the problem of mixed multi-criteria decision making under multi-scenario multi-criteria, a decision-making method based on foreground theory and non-parametric test is designed. First of all, based on the reference point design, the dissertation analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the existing reference points in-depth. Secondly, based on the decision-making background of multi-scheme and multi-criteria, a non-parametric test method is proposed to determine the reference points. The comparison method of fuzzy numbers and the method of determining the value function are given. The concrete steps of multi-criteria decision-making are given. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the implementation process and effectiveness of the method.
