培训评估和员工绩效评估一直是人力资源管理研究领域的热点之一,而将两者联系起来的研究却并不多见。国网辽宁省电力有限公司大连培训中心通过对培训效果四级评估的深入分析和细化研究,与员工绩效管理两大体系有机结合起来,初步实现了“以点带面,用培训评估促动员工整体绩效管理”的组织管理提升目标。本研究的创新之处在于:将培训效果四级评估体系与员工绩效管理体系相结合;通过培训效果评估建立起培训组织者、学员和学员所属单位客户三者之间的联动机制;通过建立培训效果四级评估体系提升整体管理水平。
