目的了解丽水市同一区域淡色库蚊自然品系5年间对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性变化,为今后病媒防制工作提供依据。方法用药液浸渍法测定四龄期蚊幼虫半数致死浓度。结果 2008年淡色库蚊自然品系对仲丁威和三氯杀虫酯抗性倍数较低,接近于正常品系抗性水平;而对敌敌畏4.81倍、高效氯氰菊酯5.43倍、溴氰菊酯11.00倍。2013年对残杀威0.80倍,敏感;对三氯杀虫酯3.49倍、高效氯氰菊酯7.89倍、敌敌畏14.47倍、溴氰菊酯14.67倍。结论 5年间淡色库蚊自然品系对氨基甲酸酯类的仲丁威和残杀威未产生抗药性,而对敌敌畏、溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的抗性明显增高。
Objective To understand the resistance changes of Culex pipiens pallens to the five commonly used insecticides in the same area of Lishui City in the past five years, and provide a basis for future vector control. Methods The half lethal concentration of fourth instar mosquito larvae was determined by liquid immersion method. Results In 2008, the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to sec-butyl Diclofenac and trichloro-insecticide was lower, which was close to that of the normal strain. The sensitivity to dichlorvos was 4.81 times, that of beta-cypermethrin 5.4 times, and deltamethrin 11.00 times. 2013 was 0.80-fold sensitive to Propoxur, 3.49 times for trichloro-insecticide, 7.89 times for cypermethrin, 14.47 times for dichlorvos and 14.67 times for deltamethrin. Conclusion The natural Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus developed resistance to carbamazepin and propoxur within 5 years, while its resistance to dichlorvos, deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin increased significantly.
