目的:观察CPDA液保存库血的红细胞免疫功能.方法:将48例自愿献血者的静脉血保存在CPDA液中,并分别在当日、1周、3周、6周测定红细胞免疫功能.结果:当日CPDA1血袋内血液红细胞C3b受体花环百分率(RCR)为(16.00±5.21)%;红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RICR)为(9.00±9.83)%;血浆免疫粘连抑制因子(RIAIF)为(30.00±3.16)%;血清免疫粘连增强因子(RFER)为(51.30±7.29)%;随血液保存时间的延长RCR、RICR、RFER逐渐下降,但1周内与对照组(新鲜血)比较无显著差异,3周后明显下降(P<0.05),RIAIF逐渐升高,3周后明显升高(P<0.05).即红细胞免疫粘附促进率和抑制率与红细胞C3b受体活性分别呈正、负相关.结论:库存血随保存时间的延长红细胞免疫功能逐渐下降.“,”objective:To observed the eedrocyte immune function in blood reserved with CPDA. Method: The venons blood from 48 volunteer donors was preserved in the fluid of CPDA. The erythrcoyte immune functions were measured in the first day,the first week, second week and sixth week, respectively Result: The rae of RBC-C3b receptor rosette (RCR) in CPDA was (16.00±5.21)% in the first day the rae of RBC-IC receptor rosette (RICR), (9.00±9.83)%, plasma boune adhesion inhibitory factor (RIAIF), (30.00± 3.16)% and RBC-C3b receptor rosette enhancion factor (RFER), (51.30 ±7.29)%. RCR, RICR and RFER were gradually decreased with increasing time for reservation of blood. But it has not significantly different. However there was no significant difference in RCR, RICR and RFER in the reserved blood in the first week compared with fresh blood (control group).They were remarkably decreased after three weeks (P<0.05), and RIAIF was gradually increased and significantly incrcased ther three weeks (P<0.05). The enhancement rate and restraintment rate of erythrocyte immune adhesion were separately positively and negatively correlated with RBC-C3b receptor activity respectively. Conclusion: Erythrocyte immune functions were gradually decreased with increasing time for reservation of blood.
