绩效考核是企业人力资源管理的核心工作内容,有效的考核可以提升企业整体实力。本文旨在剖析企业实施绩效考核存在的问题及原因,提出针对性的解决对策,以期对企业管理起到一定借鉴作用。
Performance appraisal is the core work of human resources management, effective assessment can enhance the overall strength of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the performance appraisal of enterprises and their causes, and to put forward some countermeasures so as to provide reference for the management of enterprises.
