Non-intellectual factors play a specific role in cultivating the innovative quality of military personnel. The main ways of employing non-intelligence factors to create innovative military professionals lie in: giving full play to the advantages of ideological and political work, resolving their ideals and convictions; steadily scientifically guiding officers and soldiers to enhance the confidence of officers and soldiers in pioneering and innovating; and strengthening targeted training so that officers and soldiers can always maintain their strong will .
