目的:观察补阳还五汤对压力超负荷性心肌肥厚大鼠血流动力学及心肌肥厚程度的影响。方法:采用腹主动脉缩窄法制作压力超负荷心肌肥厚模型。造模4周后,分为假手术组(S组),模型组(M组),依那普利组(E组)及补阳还五汤高、低剂量组(H组与L组),分别观察4、12周的血流动力学参数、心输出量(CO/BW)、心脏指数(HMI)、左心室指数(LVMI)等。结果:与S组相比,M组血压(BP),左室收缩压(LVSP)及左室舒张末压(LVEDP),HMI及LVMI明显升高,心输出量下降显著(P<0.05),LVEDP随时间变化明显。与M组相比,L组具有降低LVEDP的作用,H组仅在12周时表现明显(P<0.05);此两组还具有减低HMI、LVMI,加大心输出量的作用(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤具有降低心衰病死率,改善血流动力学,延缓心肌肥厚的作用,但量效关系不明显。
Objective: To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on hemodynamics and myocardial hypertrophy in pressure overload myocardial hypertrophy rats. Methods: The model of pressure overload myocardial hypertrophy was made by abdominal aorta constriction. Four weeks after modeling, the rats were divided into sham operation group (S group), model group (M group), enalapril group (E group) and Buyang Huanwu decoction high and low dose group (H group and L group) The hemodynamic parameters, cardiac output (CO / BW), cardiac index (HMI) and left ventricular index (LVMI) were observed at 4 and 12 weeks respectively. Results: Compared with group S, the blood pressure (BP), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) and left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), HMI and LVMI in M group were significantly increased and the cardiac output decreased significantly (P < LVEDP changes significantly over time. Compared with M group, L group had the effect of reducing LVEDP, H group only showed significant difference at 12 weeks (P <0.05), and both groups also had the effect of decreasing HMI and LVMI and increasing cardiac output (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction can reduce the mortality of heart failure, improve hemodynamics and delay myocardial hypertrophy, but the dose-response relationship is not obvious.
