扬州江海职业技术学院是一所创建于1999年的民办高校。办学近9年来,已形成以工科为主,经、管、文结合的多专业综合教育体系,突出人文素养教育与职业素质教育的办学特色。自2005年以来,应届毕业生就业率与签约率连年走高,2007年的1300名毕业生迄今就业率已达100%,签约率高达55.83%。这是该校创新高职院校人才培养方法,坚持和突出对大学生进行“职业理想、职业技能、职业规范、职业道德”四位一体的职业素质教育,即“四职”教育,力求培养与企业“零距离”对接的实用新型高职人才。
