At present， the food safety accidents frequently occur， so the safety is more important than nutrition. As choosing food， we should see clearly the signs on the food packaging， it’s safer to eat to know about the food security level.
"QS "is the abbreviation of " Qiyeshipin Shengchanxuke "， the food production license of enterprises. The products with QS logo are under mandatory inspection， and allowed to enter the market. According to the provisions of the state， the rice， noodle， oil soy sauce， vinegar processed food， meat products， dairy products， beverages， condiments， instant noodles， biscuits and cans must be impressed on “QS” sign before sales.
The pollution-free food refers to the pollution-free， non-toxic， safe and high-class food. The green and orange colour makes up the standard colour of the pollution-free food mark. The pattern of mark consitent of wheatear， hook and word of “Pollution-free agricultural products”. The wheatear represents qualified. The orange implies maturity and harvest. The green implies environmental and safety.
