采用三因素随机区组设计,研究不同基因型、培养基种类及2,4-D处理浓度对成熟胚愈伤诱导率的影响。结果表明,影响玉米成熟胚胚性愈伤组织诱导的主要因素是基因型,且基因型、培养基和2,4-D处理对岀愈率影响效果差异达到显著或极显著水平,除初级愈伤三因素互作不显著外,任意两因素或三因素之间的互作效应显著。丹988的最佳培养组合为MN+2,4-2mg/L;铁7922最佳培养组合为MS+2,4-D 2mg/L。添加1mg/L的KT有利于愈伤组织分化。
