汽车尾气排放造成的污染问题日益突出,越来越严格的汽车排放法规和汽车节能要求的提高,促进了汽车制造技术实现跨越式发展,对车用汽油和柴油的质量要求也越来越严格。 所有的汽车厂商都在进行着诸如提高发动机燃烧技术,实施发动机尾气净化技术等此类的活动。总体上我国燃油质量水平不错,这主要归功于中国石油和中国石化两大集团的油品品质,但是,这绝不代表我国的燃油水平就完美无瑕。 中国汽车业竞争加剧,导致汽车厂家的重组、兼并以及建立跨区域的生产基地和销售网络,而发展了几十年的中国石化、中国石油的润滑油业务,在新的历史时期已经完成了重组,建立了网络化的生产、研发基地,遍布全国的销售网络和加油站均能提供全面的润滑技术服务,这些均为汽车行业和润滑油行业的紧密合作奠定了坚实的基础。
