人轮状病毒(Human Rotavirus,HRV)是婴幼儿急性胃肠炎的主要病原。它在全世界分布极广,无论发达国家或发展中国家都发现有轮状病毒存在,每年全世界死于轮状病毒感染者就有100~500万。在我国HRV的感染全年均有,大多秋季流行,引起“婴幼儿秋季腹泻”。它是儿科中常见病、多发病,严重影响了儿童的健康。为了掌握HRV流行的规律,促进疫苗的研制,达到有效地预防和控制本病之目的,我们对重庆地区1985年秋季流行的HRV采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)RNA的方法从分子病毒学水平研究了它的电泳型。
Human Rotavirus (HRV) is the main cause of acute gastroenteritis in infants and young children. It is widely distributed all over the world and rotavirus is found in both developed and developing countries. There are between 1 and 5 million people worldwide who die of rotavirus infection each year. HRV infection in our country all year round, mostly in autumn fall, causing “infantile autumn diarrhea.” It is common in pediatrics, frequently-occurring disease, seriously affecting the health of children. In order to master the regularity of HRV epidemic, promote the development of vaccine and achieve the purpose of effectively preventing and controlling this disease, we used polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) The level of its electrophoresis.
