第一章总则第一条为进一步加强对事业单位的监督管理,规范事业单位的注销登记工作,保护事业单位和社会各有关方面的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》、《事业单位登记管理暂行条例》(国务院令第411号)、《事业单位财务规则》(财政部令第68号)和《组织机构代码管理办法》(国家质量监督检验检疫总局令第110号)等有关法律法规规章,结合我市实际,制定本办法。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to further strengthen the supervision and administration of public institutions, standardize the cancellation of registration of public institutions and protect the legitimate rights and interests of public institutions and all relevant social sectors, according to the Administrative Licensing Law of the People’s Republic of China, Provisional Regulations on Registration and Management (Order No. 411 of the State Council), the Financial Rules of the Institution (No. 68 of the Ministry of Finance) and the Administrative Measures on the Organization Code (AQSIQ No. 110) Laws and regulations, combined with the actual city, the development of this approach.
