东海大陆架的争端是中日两国交往中的不和谐的因素,如何解决中日两国的矛盾和纠纷需要对国际法律进行全方位的研究,以维护和发展两国的睦邻友好的关系,也为和谐世界的建立和发展提供一个成功的范例。为了能够公正合理的解决争端,我国应加强对国际海洋法的研究、尽快建立有效的军事保护力量和行政执法的队伍。
The dispute over the East China Sea continental shelf is a factor of discord between China and Japan. How to solve the contradictions and disputes between China and Japan requires a comprehensive study of international law so as to safeguard and develop the good-neighborly and friendly relations between the two countries. Provide a successful example for the establishment and development of a harmonious world. In order to be able to solve the dispute fairly and reasonably, China should step up its study of the international law of the sea and establish as soon as possible an effective force for military protection and an administrative team for law enforcement.
