Self-examination and reinforcement of governing capability is a sign that the ruling party has matured. The Communist Party of China has fully mobilized all the Party members in the party to actively and proactively and consciously raise the party’s ability to govern. With a realistic and pragmatic attitude, the Chinese Communist Party has given its own answers and once again demonstrated the political initiative of the Chinese Communist Party and Creativity.
