近年来,国外已有应用顺式维甲酸治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)的成功报道。上海瑞金医院用国产全反式维甲酸(RA)治疗APL23例,21例获完全缓解(CR)。我科最近应用该院提供的RA治疗3例APL,亦获得显著疗效,现介绍于后。病史摘要例1 孙×,男,7龄。因面色苍白,乏力逐渐加重2月,于1986年6月住我院儿科,经骨髓细胞形态与组化染色确诊为APL,但未能接受治疗。患者于入院前一月,再因乏力加重伴齿龈出血不止,左侧上下肢活动
In recent years, the successful application of cis retinoic acid in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) has been reported abroad. Shanghai Ruijin Hospital with domestic all-trans retinoic acid (RA) treatment of 23 cases of APL, 21 patients were completely relieved (CR).
