帕金森病作为一种比较常见的神经系统变性疾病,对许多人生活的方方面面都产生了巨大的影响。目前帕金森病的诊断主要依靠对被诊断者的行为的分析,这种传统的方法存在着诸多弊端。本文主要介绍利用MATLAB语音工具箱对被诊断者的语音进行特征参数的提取并进行分析,从而生成初步诊断报告,为帕金森病患者疾病的早期辅助诊断及早期治疗的实现提供了可能,并对这种新的诊断方法作出评价。
Parkinson’s disease, a common neurodegenerative disorder, has a huge impact on many aspects of life. Currently, the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease mainly depends on the analysis of the behavior of the diagnosed person. There are many drawbacks to this traditional method.
