应用紫外分光光度法对金银花清咽液中的绿原酸含量测定进行研究。选择318nm作为测定波长,绿原酸线性范围0~20μg/ml,回收率99.93%,RSD为0.43%。通过正交试验确定工艺参数,并对绿原酸灭菌前后含量下降进行分析。
The determination of chlorogenic acid in the honeysuckle Qingyan liquid was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The wavelength of 318nm was chosen as the determination wavelength. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0 ~ 20μg / ml, the recovery was 99.93% and the RSD was 0.43%. Through orthogonal test to determine the process parameters, and the content of chlorogenic acid before and after sterilization was analyzed.
