一、概述 我国目前在工业上对炉温等的控制大都采用PID调节器(比例—积分—微分调节器),此种调节器在过程控制中仍存在下述几个问题: (l)正确温度的给定很困难; (2)温度给定后不能分别直接调整P、I、D、三个参数,对于同一温度,常需反复调整,调整需要熟练的技术且费时; (3)动圈式仪表的温度给定有视觉误差,要熟练地调节PID值; (4)超调量、负脉冲信号等均受温度、阶跃幅值、外界扰动等的影响,而且其数值不能预先设定; (5)对从多个传感器来的数据不能同
