概述了预转化及其组合制氢工艺的国内外现状与最新进展 ,简要介绍了国内两套预转化制氢装置的工艺流程和丹麦TopsФe公司提出的各种制氢新流程如预转化与常规转化炉的组合流程、预转化与自热式蒸汽转化炉的组合流程及预转化与常规转化炉、氧气燃烧转化炉的组合流程等。并对预转化组合制氢工艺的节能途径如降低水碳比、预转化气再热等对装置主要消耗 (原料、燃料、外输蒸汽 )及能耗的影响进行了深入分析
The current status and the latest progress of pre-conversion and its combined hydrogen production process are summarized. The process flow of two sets of pre-conversion hydrogen production units in China and the various new hydrogen production processes proposed by Danish Topsøe Company such as pre-conversion and conventional conversion Furnace combination process, a combination of pre-conversion and self-heating steam reformer and a combination of pre-conversion and conventional reformer, oxygen combustion reformer and the like. The effects of energy saving methods such as reducing water-to-carbon ratio and re-heating of pre-reformed gas on the main consumption of equipment (raw materials, fuel, external steam) and energy consumption are analyzed in detail.
