在分析相关研究的基础上,建立了一套包含有5个一级指标、23个二级指标的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法等定量分析方法对河南18县(市)的县域经济发展水平进行了评价,并从不同角度对评价结果进行了分析。在此基础上,运用模糊聚类分析方法结合评价分析结果把此18县(市)分成了八类,并对各类型的特点进行了详细的分析,使各县(市)认清自身特点,并为制定相应的发展策略提供科学的依据。
