自1969年以来,我所先后同原国家建委三局,四川省四、六、十二建筑工程公司和广西南宁邕江大堤指挥部和丹棱机械厂协作,研制了几台振动冲击锤,进行振动冲击沉管灌注桩施工,其中仅广西施工总进尺几万米。1977年通过技术评议。现振动冲击锤从1型发展到3型,并做了一些载荷试验,累积一定数据。该桩适于软土、砂土、粘土等土层,特别适于地下水位高的地区采用。振动冲击锤功率小,减振好,具有锤击和振动双重作用,穿透力强,桩管能顺利进入砂卵石层;使桩尖支承在较硬的地基土上。由于桩管振动作用,拔管时充分振实混凝土,提高了桩的质量,较静力拔管阻力小得多。
Since 1969, our institute has cooperated with the former State Construction Commission 3 Bureau, Sichuan Province 4th, 6th, and 12th Construction Engineering Company and the Guangxi Nanning Qianjiang Dyke Command and Danling Machinery Factory to develop several vibratory impact hammers. The pile is suitable for soft soil, sand, clay and other soil layers, especially for areas with high groundwater levels. The vibration hammer has low power, good vibration damping, double action of hammering and vibration, strong penetrating power, pile pipe can smoothly enter the sand and gravel layer, and the pile tip is supported on the harder foundation soil. Due to the vibration of the pile pipe, the concrete is fully shaken when the pipe is extubated, and the quality of the pile is improved, which is much less than the static extubation resistance.
