近年来 ,非洲经济在全球金融动荡、世界经济活动减缓的情况下 ,依然保持了持续增长的态势 ,孕育着经济振兴的希望。得天独厚的资源、潜在的大市场是经济振兴的物质基础 ;经济调整与改革的深化是经济发展的动力 ;经济一体化朝灵活务实方向发展已成为非洲经济发展的推力 ;国际资本回流非洲 ,为经济振兴带来新的契机。不过 ,振兴之路不会平坦。努力实现政局稳定 ,为发展营造和平环境 ;多渠道解决债务问题 ,以保证发展所需资金 ;加大农业投资力度 ,确保旱涝丰收 ;继续改造单一经济结构 ,减少外部冲击 ,是非洲国家必须全力以赴解决的问题。
