面对激烈的市场竞争,大型连锁超市作为一种新兴的零售业态模式,运用绿色供应链管理提升企业核心竞争力具有重要意义,而利用科学方法对绿色供应链绩效展开评价是必不可少的。本文在深入阐述绿色供应链内涵的基础上,构建以大型连锁超市为核心的绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法进行评价,最后对评价结果进行分析总结,以期为大型连锁超市绿色供应链的构建提供有益借鉴。
In the face of fierce market competition, as a new retail mode, it is of great significance to use green supply chain management to enhance core competence of a large supermarket chain. It is essential to use scientific method to evaluate the performance of green supply chain. On the basis of deeply explaining the connotation of green supply chain, this paper constructs a green supply chain performance evaluation index system with large supermarket chain as its core, and evaluates it by AHP. Finally, it analyzes and summarizes the evaluation results, Supply chain construction to provide useful lessons.
