目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在植入性胎盘诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析经彩色超声多普勒(CDFI)诊断为胎盘植入的19例患者的超声图像特征,并与临床和病理结果相对照。结果经临床和病理证实,CDFI诊断正确14例,误诊5例,诊断符合率73.7%。结论彩色超声多普勒在胎盘植入诊断中有重要价值,在产前诊断尤为重要,可为临床处治提供可靠依据。“,”Objective Explore Color Doppler ultrasound in the placenta of diagnosis of clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis by color ultrasound Doppler (CDFI) diagnosed the Ultrasonographic features of 19 cases of placenta implantation, compared with clinical and pathological findings.
