在简要介绍了红安县宋大路改扩建工程概况基础上,比较详细的论述了该工程的施工准备,施工准备主要从成立项目经理部、施工技术准备、施工现场准备、施工物资准备几方面阐述。还重点介绍了工程的重要施工工艺,对工程的质量控制和资料管理也有一定的论述。
On the basis of a brief introduction of the general situation of the reconstruction and expansion project of Songda Road, Hong’an County, the construction preparation of the project is discussed in detail. The construction preparation mainly elaborates from the establishment of project manager department, preparation of construction technology, construction site preparation and construction material preparation. Also introduced the important construction process of the project, the quality control of the project and data management also have some discussion.
