右旋异紫堇定(Isocorydine)系从草药紫金龙[DactyIicapnos scandens Hutch.]提取的生物碱之一。我们过去的实验研究发现本品松弛多种内脏和血管平滑肌,对抗乙酰胆碱、去甲肾上腺素、组胺、血管紧张素Ⅱ和K~+等引起的收缩。我院附一院内科曾试用本品于几种脏器痉挛性疼痛取得一定疗效。近年又试用本品治疗肺心病患者,近期疗效颇佳。本文报道异紫堇定对实验动物呼吸系的影响。我们发现在麻醉和清醒家兔本品有类似尼
