基于顶空气相色谱技术建立了一种快速检测含氯漂白废水中的总有机碳含量的新方法。通过使用过量的强氧化剂重铬酸钾在强酸条件下将水样中有机物氧化为CO_2,并由顶空气相色谱联用仪测定CO_2从而间接得出水样中总有机碳的含量。结果表明:总有机碳含量与气相色谱信号值之间存在很好的线性相关,其相关系数为0.999;该方法的重现性相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在99.1%~105.5%之间;与传统测量法相比,具有更高的准确性和可靠性,非常适合于含氯废水中有机碳的快速、批量化的检测。
A new method for rapid determination of total organic carbon in bleached wastewater containing chlorine was established based on headspace gas chromatography. The total organic carbon content in the water samples was indirectly obtained by oxidizing organic matter in the water sample to CO_2 under an excess of strong oxidizing agent potassium dichromate and measuring CO_2 by headspace gas chromatography. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the total organic carbon content and the gas chromatographic signal value, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was less than 5%, and the recoveries were between 99.1% and 105.5% ; Compared with the traditional measurement method, with higher accuracy and reliability, is very suitable for rapid, batch detection of organic carbon in chlorine-containing wastewater.
