目的评价10%氯代水杨胺(LDS)可湿性粉剂现场灭螺效果,为新型灭螺药物LDS现场推广应用提供科学依据。方法选择钉螺密度相对较高的现场,采用不同浓度的LDS分别进行浸杀法、喷洒法与撒粉法药物灭螺,并与50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂(WPN)进行灭螺效果比较。结果经分析,现场浸杀法施药3 d,LDS 0.1、0.2 g/m3的钉螺死亡率低于对照组WPN 2 g/m(3P均<0.01),0.4、0.6、0.8 g/m3浓度的灭螺效果与对照组无差异(P均>0.05);现场喷洒和现场撒粉施药7 d,LDS 0.2、0.4 g/m2浓度灭螺效果低于对照组WPN 2 g/m(2P均<0.01),0.6、0.8、1.0 g/m2浓度灭螺效果与对照组无差异(P均>0.05)。结论LDS有一定的浸杀、喷洒和撒粉杀螺效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the on-site molluscidal effect of 10% chlorosalicylaldehyde (LDS) wettable powder and provide a scientific basis for on-the-spot promotion and application of new molluscicidal drug LDS. Conclusion LDS has a certain degree of immersion, spraying and dusting spike effect, it is worth promoting the application.
