无功的优化与控制关系到电力企业自身的经济效益。提出的地区电网无功优化实时控制系统基于现有地调主站的调度自动化系统 (SCADA/EMS) ,SCADA将实时的数据断面发送给EMS,EMS利用遗传算法求解整个电网的无功优化问题 ,并根据优化解给出控制方案 ,再通过SCADA系统的下行命令通道执行优化控制方案 ,完成闭环控制。文中重点论述了遗传算法应用于实时控制系统的优势 ,并且解决了一些在实时控制过程中遇到的技术问题。现场应用表明 ,该系统可以方便灵活地满足实时控制所提出的各种要求 ,具有较好的实时性和鲁棒性。
Reactive power optimization and control related to the economic efficiency of power enterprises themselves. The proposed real-time control system for reactive power optimization of local power grid is based on SCADA / EMS. SCADA sends real-time data cross-section to EMS. Genetic algorithm (EMS) solves the reactive power optimization of the whole power grid, According to the optimization solution, the control scheme is given, and then the optimal control scheme is implemented through the downlink command channel of the SCADA system to complete the closed-loop control. The paper focuses on the advantage of genetic algorithm applied to real-time control system, and solves some technical problems encountered in real-time control. The field application shows that the system can meet various requirements of real-time control conveniently and flexibly, and has good real-time and robustness.
