目的探讨TNF-α和CD44mRNA在恶性脑瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法和逆转录聚合酶链反应法,对恶性脑瘤中恶性胶质瘤组织标本各30例内TNF-α和CD44mRNA含量进行半定量检测。结果随着脑肿瘤恶性程度的增高,TNF-α和CD44在瘤组织的表达含量亦有升高态势,其中以胚胎性肿瘤最高,混合性胶质瘤次之。结论恶性脑瘤组织内TNF-α和CD44mRNA表达失衡,两者的含量均有大幅上升趋势,有望此项研究可以作为临床确诊良、恶性脑瘤的重要理论依据。
Objective To investigate the expression of TNF-α and CD44mRNA in malignant brain tumor and its significance. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction were used to detect the content of TNF-α and CD44 mRNA in 30 cases of malignant glioma tissue samples. Results With the increase of the malignant degree of brain tumor, the expression of TNF-α and CD44 also increased in the tumor tissue, with the highest in embryonic tumors and the second in mixed gliomas. Conclusions The expression of TNF-α and CD44 mRNA in diseased brain tumor is unbalanced, and both of them have a rising trend. It is expected that this study can be used as an important theoretical basis for the diagnosis of benign and malignant brain tumors.
