所谓分层教学,是为了使全体学生的综合素质得到全面提高,按照学生的个体差异,采取差异化的教学方法。分层教学的理论依据按照教育部制定的教学大纲中提出的差异性和全体性素质教育的要求,以及教学大纲中所要求的体育和健康课要区别对待,从而促使全体学生健康发展。
