针对集群风电场接入电力系统所面临的无功电压问题,提出了一种适应于集群风电场并网的区域无功电压控制方法.该方法基于区域枢纽变电站及风电场升压变联合控制模式,建立含电压偏离指标和风电场动态无功裕度指标的多目标无功优化数学模型,利用无功协调控制策略实现离散型、连续型无功补偿设备的有效配合,并采用自学习迁移粒子群算法对无功优化问题进行求解.对某地区实际电网算例的仿真分析验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性.,In light of the reactive power and voltage issue that the wind power farm cluster into the power system has to be faced with,a regional reactive power and voltage control method suitable for cluster wind power farm is proposed.The method establishes multiobjective reactive power optimization mathematical model containing voltage deviation index and wind power farms’ dynamic reactive power margin index based on the combined control mode over regional key substations and substations connecting to wind power farms,reactive power coordinated control strategy is proposed to realize effective cooperation between discrete and continuous reactive power compensation equipment;and a self-leing migration particle swarm optimization is used for solving the problems of the reactive power optimization.Simulations of a practical power grid are performed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
