九十年代以来,无论是工业化国家,还是经济转轨国家,都特别重视发展补充养老保险计划。社会保险与商业保险以及各类补充养老保险计划的融合,构成了这一时期乃至今后国际社会保险发展的一个重要趋势。随着各国社会保险改革进程的深化,尤其是经济转轨国家面临的共同问题和智利模式在全球范围内受到的关注,使补充养老保险问题已成为国际社会保险领域的前沿课题。
Since the nineties, both the industrialized countries and the countries with economies in transition have paid special attention to the development of supplementary pension plans. The integration of social insurance and commercial insurance and various supplementary pension plans constitute an important trend in the development of international social insurance during this period and even in the future. With the deepening of the social insurance reform in various countries, especially the common problems faced by countries with economies in transition and the Chilean model being given worldwide attention, the issue of supplementary pension insurance has become a frontier issue in the field of international social insurance.
